The Seattle Real Estate Market Currently is a More Balanced Market
Balance in our lives is a good thing. I am sure many of you have heard all the real estate horror stories lately in the newspaper and on the news. The Seattle real estate market has always been a little different than the rest of the United States. Homes still appreciated from this time last year just not in the double digits like the past few years. This is a great time for Buyers to get out there and buy a home. Homes that have been on the market for awhile might take a lower price. Interest rates are still low. Buyers also have more time to think about the home they are purchasing since multiple offers are not as common lately. Sellers don't worry if the home is priced right we are still seeing some multiple offers and quick sales.
