We walked around some homes by Greenlake today. Delivering some marketing material (imprinted jar openers) Noticed a couple of homes for sale in the $950,000 catagory. And some new homes being built about a block off the lake at N.85th and Densmore.

Right now about 86% of buyers are searching the web for a home. Most buyers already have the homes picked out that they want to look out before they even contact an agent. Walk through for Condominium Listing

A gentleman e-mailed us off our website mentioning that he is thinking of selling in 4-6 months. We told him we had to do a walk through of the place first and than set a second appointment to show him our price and marketing plan.
