Housing Bubble Seattle?
Many people ask me if I am worried about a housing bubble here in Seattle. Historically Seattle home prices have never decreased. They might steady off for a period of time after high appreciation for many years. Last year while many parts of the United States home prices decreased.Here in Seattle condominium sales went up on average 18% from the year before and single family residents on average 14%(according to the multiple listing service.)So in answering the question of being worried about a housing bubble? I would have to say NO.
